These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reekta project management app ("App"), provided by Reekta ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Account Creation and Use1.1 You must create an account to use the App. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2 You must be at least 16 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.3 You shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to create a similar or competing product based on the App.
User Responsibilities3.1 You are solely responsible for the use of the App and any consequences arising from your use.
3.2 You shall not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper purposes.
3.3 You shall not interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App or any related systems or networks.
3.4 You shall not engage in any activity that could harm or exploit minors.
3.5 You shall not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing.
3.6 You shall not use the App to send unsolicited communications or spam.
3.7 You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any user accounts.
3.8 You shall not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Data Privacy and Security4.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.2 While we take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your data, you understand and acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed as completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.

We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of such services or content. Termination6.1 We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the App, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason.
6.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.
6.3 Termination of your account may result in the loss of data associated with your account. We recommend that you regularly backup your data to prevent any loss.
Disclaimer of Warranties7.1 The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7.2 We disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any reliance you place on the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.
8.2 In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for the use of the App during the two (2) months preceding the claim giving rise to the liabilit.
Indemnification9.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reekta and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Modification of Terms10.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction11.1 These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Nigeria, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reekta regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
